With the continued expansion of global hotel brands around the US and the world, many hotel chains are adopting modular building initiatives.  These initiatives are to bring down construction costs for its franchisees and help them sidestep potential delays caused by the U.S. labor shortage.  These initiatives also fit perfectly into the overall health, wellness and sustainability drive for both the brand and their operators. A few brands are even going so far as to offer cash incentives to franchisees to build this way.

Traditional schedules are shortened substantially because modular units for your project are constructed in our plant while site work and foundation construction are completed concurrently.  We can finish up to 95% of your build in our factory. For our hospitality clients that finish can include all aspects of FF&E which can be installed prior to shipping and assembly of our modules.
